The Young and the Restless is bringing back a character who hasn't been seen in Genoa City since the 1980s. According to Deadline, soap opera veteran Valerie Pettiford will take on the role of Amy Williams, who was last seen in Genoa City in 1988, when the role was played by Stephanie E. Williams.
